Multiple cameras can be installed in any configuration, standard systems utilising 5 cameras; front, rear, near and offside, and either an in cab or load viewing. An in‐cab monitor with a live view of the rear and nearside cameras are installed for the sole purpose of increasing the driver’s visual awareness around the vehicle.

The images from the rear camera appear when the reverse gear is engaged and from the nearside camera when the left hand indicator is activated. Load camera is selectable from a dash mounted switch. The rear camera overrides the nearside and load cameras.

Mobile Digital Video Recorders

MDVR’s are state of the art tough pieces of kit. These devices range from 4 to 24 channel’s designed for vehicle surveillance, monitoring and above all capturing an incident. Some of our models are high performance, ruggedised, digital video recorders specifically designed for in-vehicle recording, allowing fleet managers to record and stream live footage from a vehicle.

The technology captures, records and manages high definition video combined with GPS locating technology, 3/4G network and wireless upload.

Spillard’s range of cameras really has something for all vehicle types and industries. From rear-view/reversing camera to side-view and wide eye cameras this technology really can see what you can’t and is captured in real time with use of the recorders.

The range of camera’s are tough, have adjustable mounting, weatherproof and some even have infrared night vision. With this technology you can be sure that your field of vision is completely covered at all times allowing you to operate your vehicle night and day, what-ever the weather and with peace of mind.

The range of Spillard cameras have a rating of IP69K which means they are ideal for facilities where hygiene and cleanliness are critical, as they are proven to be durable and resistant against water, chemicals, high pressure, and high temperatures associated with demanding cleaning and safety measures.

Rear-View Cameras

Obviously a very common manoeuvre when operating heavy vehicles whether its in the mining industry, HGV deliveries or simply reversing a bus.

The range of cameras will suit any vehicle type, offering heavy duty, dual lens or just a standard reversing camera.

Side-View Cameras

These cameras are ideal for viewing traffic or objects that appear up along side your vehicle. It could be passing cars on a motorways at speed or if your parallel parking in a busy depot for both HGV and LGV.

These cameras give you superior vision allowing you to manoeuvre in tight spaces or to capture side collisions at speed, both situations give you that extra view/angle of avoiding or capturing something whilst in operation.

Front-View Cameras

MC352 is a Full HD intelligent IPC (Internet Protocol camera) automatically controlling shutter speed, white balance, contrast, brightness, saturation and other parameters, to produce excellent performance in colour reproduction.

The compact size and light weight allows it to mount directly to the windscreen to reduce reflection and light interference. This is the ideal front-facing camera to capture those accidents and incidents that may occur right in front of your very eyes.
